Yamuna Expressway Plot Scheme Allotment Process
The allotment process of YEIDA plots is given below.
The application along with the requisite documents will be scrutinised by a screening committee. If the applications are found to be incomplete / information is incorrect, the authority shall inform the applicant about the deficiencies. The applicant can submit the required documents within 15 days of the issue of this letter.
If the applicant is unable to submit the required information within prescribed time, the application shall not be considered for allotment.
After Scrutiny of Application, the applicants will be called for interview / presentation before the allotment committee of YEIDA.
Applicants will be informed by YEIDA, at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date of their interview / presentation about the prescribed date, time and place of the presentation.
Allotment of Plots : After the selection process, the allotment Committee shall recommend the specific plot number from the available plots.
Issue of Allotment cum Allocation Letter : The allottee shall be informed about the allotment via an allotment cum allocation letter with spectific plot no. The allotment letter shall be issued within 30 days from the date of approval of allotment.
Deposit of Allotment Money : Applicant has to deposit allotment money as mentioned in Data Sheet.
In case the due Allotment Money as mentioned above is not deposited within the stipulated / extended period, the allotment of plot shall be cancelled without giving any opportunity in this regard and 10% of the Registration Money deposited shall be forfeited.
The registration money of unsuccessful applicants shall be returned / refunded to them without interest, if the period of deposit of such money with YEIDA is less than 1 year. If the period of deposit of money is more than 1 year, simple interest @4% p.a shall be paid.

MAY Gramin Application Form
Individuals can contact their respective ward or Gram Panchayat. The applicants are required to fill up a MAY Gramin Application Form. The application form, along with other details, can be obtained from the Gram Panchayat. Applicants can take help from a third party. In order to do so, the respective third party will require a consent document from the applicant, allowing the use of the Aadhaar number of the applicant.
The beneficiaries are selected from the list prepared by the Gram Sabha. The registration process for the PMAYG includes four sections, which are providing personal details, bank account details, convergence details and details from the concerned office.

Government has launched ARHC Scheme under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to ensure ease of living at affordable rent by the following measures.
Converting government funded housing in the cities (JNNURM / RAY) into Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHC) under PPP mode through concessionaire.
Incentivizing manufacturing units, industries, institutions, associations to develop Affordable Rental Housing Complex (ARHC) on their private land and operate.
Incentivizing State Government Agencies / Central Government Organizations on the similar lines to develop Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHC) and operate.
ARHC Scheme Implementation
The ARHC scheme will have a 2 pronged approach for the effective implementation. First is the existing vacant government funded housing complexes will be converted into ARHCs through a concession agreement for 25 years. As per the official data, there are 1.2 lakh such govt. houses available under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM), PMAY and other state govt’s housing schemes. Out of these, Maharashtra has 35,000 accommodations while Delhi has 30,000 accommodations.
Concessionaire will make the complexes livable by repair/retrofit and maintenance of rooms. Moreover, govt. will fill up infrastructure gaps like water, sewer/ septage, sanitation, roads among others. States/UTs will select concessionaire through transparent bidding. Complexes will revert to Urban Local Bodies after 25 years to restart the next cycle earlier or to run on their own.
Secondly, special incentives like use permission, 50% additional Floor Area Ratio or Floor Space Index, concessional loan at priority sector lending rates, tax reliefs at par with affordable housing among others will be offered to private and public entities to develop ARHCs on their own available vacant land for 25 years. ARHCs will create a new ecosystem in urban areas making housing available at affordable rent close to places of work and will cut down unnecessary travel, congestion and pollution.

देश भर में सबको घर नसीब हो इसके लिए केंन्द्र सरकार राज्य सरकारों के साथ मिलकर काम कर रही है। प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत लोगों घर मुहैया कराने के लिए लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे है। प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण के तहत मध्य प्रदेश में बनाये गए घरों का उदघाटन और गृह प्रवेशं 12 सितम्बर को प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के जरिए होगा।
प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण (PMAY-G) के अंतर्गत मध्य प्रदेश में बने 1.75 लाख घरों का उदघाटन प्रधानमंत्री वीडिओ कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए करेंगे। इन सभी घरों को कोरोना वायरस (COVID-19) महामारी के दौरान बनाया गया है। PM मोदी ने 2022 तक सबके लिए घर मुहैया कराने का लक्ष्य तय किया है
प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण (PMAY-G) मध्य प्रदेश
PM मोदी ने 2022 तक सबके लिए घर मुहैया कराने का आह्वान किया था, जिसके लिए 20 नवंबर, 2016 को प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ग्रामीण (PMAY-G) को शुरू किया था। अब तक इस योजना के तहत देश भर में 1.14 करोड़ घर पहले ही बन चुके है। मध्य प्रदेश में अब तक 17 लाख गरीब परिवारों को इस योजना से लाभान्वित किया जा चूका है। ये सभी घर गरीब लोगों के लिए बनाए गए है जिनके पास या तो कोइ घर नहीं था या वे पुराने अस्थायी घरों में रह रहे थे।
