HUDA New Residential Plots Scheme 2016 at Sector-10 Bahadurgarh

Haryana Urban Development Authority has come up with a new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment 594 freehold residential plots at Sector-10 Bahadurgarh (Urban Estate), Sector-1(Part) Pehowa(New Urban Estate) and Mandi Township Hathin.

HUDA Bahadurgarh Plot Scheme 2016

In Bahardurgarh scheme, the authority has offering 132 residential plots for all segments of the society. These housing units are being offered through online mode under HUDA New Plot Scheme 2016. The authority has offering plots sizes of 1 Kanal, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla and 4 Marla for allotment. These plots are available at the rate Rs. 14,000/- per square meter for 4 Marla plots which goes upto Rs. 19,000/- per square meter for 1 Kanal.

Location

All the plots in HUDA new housing scheme 2016 are located in Sector-10 Bahadurgarh which is new urban estate of HUDA in Bahadurgarh.

Online Application Procedure

Registration can only be done through online by using HUDA’s official website www.huda.gov.in. Application has been started from 21 September 2016 and the last date application form submission is 15 November 2016. An individual applicant can only fill one application in the scheme. In case more than one application is made by an individual, all the applications will be rejected and a deduction of Rs. 1,000/-per application shall be made from earnest money.

In online application, all the information to be fiiled carefully before submitting application on HUDA website.

Payment Procedure

Payment (Earnest Money) for plots in the scheme can be submitted through payment gateway. The earnest money for the same can be also be submitted by generating Chalan Form from the HUDA website which to be submitted in the authorized banks. The applicants will also have to submit a charge of Rs. 500/- along with earnest money which is Non-refundable. The list of bank branches is mentioned in the brochure of the scheme.

Eligiblity Criteria

Any individual, who has ever been allotted a plot of land directly by HUDA in Urban Estate Bahadurgarh shall not be entitled to apply under this scheme.

However, there shall be no ban on those individuals/applicants:-

  • Who have acquired a residential plot in HUDA area by way of purchase from open market or through re-allotment.
  • Whose spouse or dependent children have acquired a plot by way of allotment or otherwise in Urban Estate Bahadurgarh developed by HUDA.
  • Who already own a group housing flat or any kind of non-HUDA residential property in Urban Estate Bahadurgarh.

Sir, I have applied 6m plot at Bahadurgarh in sector 10 .My application No.is 0810002953& challan date : 17/10/2016.Please give my Registation No.

Can there be enhancement for sector-10 bahadurgarh? It’s really painful if we are forced to pay more for nothing extra? Why don’t govt pay them their correct price and then go for selling plots.
