DDA Rohini Residential plot Allotment will Start in March 2018

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) launched the scheme in 1981 for all economic categories in the area spread over 2,497 hectare with an aim to accommodate 8.5 lakh people. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) said over 14,000 applicants of 1981 residential scheme in rohini are likely to get their flats by March 2018.

After the successful completion of DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is likely to give the allotment of DDA Rohini Residential Unit to 14,000 applicants in the month of March 2018.

Delhi Development Authority target is to complete all development work in the 1981 Rohini residential scheme by end of December 2017. DDA principal Commissioner (Housing) Mr. JP Agarwal said that allotment-cum-demand letter to the 14,352 allottees with in the 1st quarter of the next year. According to DDA Officials information basic infrastructure such as sewage, water, electricity and roads is still to reach these sectors.

President Kovind Inaugurates Housing Complexes for EWS under BSUP Schemes in Aizwal

The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind inaugurated housing complexes for economically weaker sections (EWS) under Basic Services to Urban Poor (BSUP) schemes in Aizawl. Draw Result of DDA Housing Scheme 2017 -Watch Live Streaming on 30th Novemver

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced date of the lottery draw result of DDA Housing Scheme 2017. DDA will be declared lottery result of DDA Housing Scheme 2017 for the allotment of EWS,LIG, MIG and janta flats on 30th November 2017 which to be webcast on DDA officially website.

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is offering more than 12,000 flats and for DDA Housing Scheme 2017 more than 46,000 applicants have applied for the housing scheme. The draw was earlier scheduled for October but the date of DDA lottery result was delayed and now the lottery draw result will declared on 30th November.

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will offer 12,617 flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2017. The 11,757 housing units for lower-income group (LIG), 403 middle-income group (MIG), 372 for janta and 85 housing units for higher-income group (HIG). The cost of these housing units are in between Rs.7 lakh and located in colonies across the city such as Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Pitampura, Paschim Vihar and Siraspur.

DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017 Last Date Extended to 11th September,2017

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the last date of DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017. Now the DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017 scheme will be open upto 11th September, 2017.

DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017 aimed to providing affordable house to general public by disposing of about 12000 flats of diffirent categories and in different locations on free hold basis. About 10000 flats are for the low income group.

DDA Aawasiya Yojana-2017 is linked to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Housing for all urban under CLSS. The successful allottees can avail the benefits of interest subsidy under PMAY-HFA through Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme from the empannelled and other Banks & Housing Finance Companies, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria and area parameters mentioned in the PMAY-HFA (Urban).

New Home Loan Scheme for DDA Housing Scheme 2017

As informed by DDA that registration date for DDA Housing Scheme 2017 has been extended upto 11 September. Some clauses have been removed while some new clauses have been added to DDA Awasiya Yojana 2017. Now DDA needs to modify is existing home loan scheme & bring new home loan scheme for DDA Housing Scheme 2017. Banks may offer loan on registration amount, will bring new brochure after 15 days. All details of new bank loan policy will be mentioned in new brochures.
So applicants may take loan for DDA Scheme 2017 after 25 August.

Removed Clauses – DDA Housing Scheme 2017

  • DDA has relaxed applicants from forfeiture clause.
  • In case applicant returns house after 15 days of allotment of letter, no penalty will be applicable.
  • Only 10% amount will be forfeited while 25% amount used to be forfeited earlier.

RDA Raipur Flat Scheme 2017 for 112 LIG & MIG Flats at Kamal Vihar

RDA (Raipur Development Authority) will be constructing 112 residential flats at Kamal Vihar under RDA Raipur Flat Scheme 2017. Earlier RDA had constructed flats in Indraprastha. Announcement to construct flats has been made by RDA Chairman Sanjay Srivastava, which will be done under Affordable Housing Scheme.

Raipur Flat Scheme 2017 Kamal Vihar

Authority will construct around 112 flats for LIG (Lower Income Group) & MIG (Middle Income Group) category candidates. Location of flats will be Kamal Vihar. This housing scheme will be spread over 1,600 acre land.

All 112 flats will be built in 7 blocks, which will be located at various sectors of Kamal Vihar.

Details of Flats

Cost of flats relies between Rs. 13.35 lakh to 24.60 lakh while the carpet area of flats will start from 348.73 sq. feet to 675.08 sq. feet.

Government has ensured to provide basic amenities to beneficiaries along with financial assistance by providing subsidy on home loan interest.

Recently construction of flats has been started in all selected area of Raipur. Authority will start inviting applications from general public for allotment of flats.

DDA Plans 1 Lakh Flats in 5 Years under Upcoming DDA Housing Scheme

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is planning to offer 1 lakh units of flat within next 5 years under its upcoming DDA Housing Scheme. DDA Housing Scheme 2017 could not bring as expected result, which is the main reason DDA is considering this proposal. Under this scheme some flats are under construction while some are under planning.

After launching DDA Housing Scheme 2017, authority conducted a meeting to discuss for its upcoming housing schemes. As a conclusion, it was decided to offer new flats under DDA’s upcoming schemes.

According to the sources 1 lakh flats will be constructed. DDA has already started construction of 67,000 flats on various sites, out of which 20,000 units are expected to be completed in year 2019.
While DDA is still preparing plan for 13,000 units of flats, for which budget has been passed.
Around 80,000 flats will be ready for allotment within next 3-4 years.

M. Venkaiah Naidu made an announcement that as target of 1 lakh flats, DDA will launch 20,000 flats till every 5 years.
DDA will launch its biggest housing scheme in year 2022 with a claim to offer 26,000 flats.

DDA Housing Scheme 2017 – Buy LIG Flats in size of 60 Meters

DDA Housing Scheme 2017 has now introduced flats in carpet area of 60 meters for LIG (Low Income Group) category by considering huge number of application submitted by candidates. Principal Secretary of DDA Jai Prakash Aggrawal said that flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2017 will be provided in carpet area of 60 meters to provide more space to LIG candidates.

In previous years, DDA Housing Scheme 2014 offered about 11,197 flats, which were constructed in year 2011-13.
Earlier flats were offered in size of 33 meter, which were not accepted by candidates. Considering negative response of applicants, now DDA (Delhi Development Authority) has decided to increase size of LIG Flats, which were returned by beneficiaries under DDA Housing Scheme 2014. These flats will be now provided under DDA Housing Scheme 2017. No other changes will be made in existing category of flats.
