West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation (WBHIDCO) has launched yet another Residential Plot Scheme 2017 Phase-I for allotment of 54 nos of plots at Gitabitan, Santiniketan. This scheme is located at Gitabitan Township at Bolpur, West Bangal.

Registration Process
Candidates willing to buy Plot under Gitabitan Plot Scheme 2017 can purchase application form, which is easily available at following branches of Union Bank of India from 25 July – 24 August 2017.
Cost of Brochure along with Application Form is Rs. 500/-
Duly filled application form is to be submitted at the same bank branch along with application money & required documents from 15 September 2017 – 17 October 2017.

Applicant needs to pay Rs, 1 lakh for Category-A Plot, Rs. 75,000/- for Category –B & Rs. 50,000/- for Category –C.
Allotment Process: Plots will be allotted through lottery on leasehold basis for 99 years .
